Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.  If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  The items must be free of pet hair, stains, cigarette smoke and damage.  Only regular priced items are eligible for returns.  Our cut off for regular price is 15%, anything discounted 15% or greater is considered final sale.

We offer an actual refund on the items you are returning, not store credit.  We are unable to refund the cost of shipping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Swim wear, gift cards and accessories are not refundable/returnable.

Changed your Mind? Wrong Size? Don't like the color?

We get it sometimes you receive an item and it just doesn't quite look like you had hoped.

You can return your purchased items within 30 days from delivery date for a full refund or a store credit (Excluding sales items), If you would like to exchange the item then postage will need to be covered by the customer to receive their new item

If 14 days have passed since you received your item, you will be unable to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please not that items must not have not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Our team will inspect the item/s upon receiving them. If they are not in good condition your exchange / store credit will not be carried out. The items can be returned back to you at you however you will be liable for the shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom made orders. 

Sales Items:

Any items that were purchased while on sale including any items that have been automatically discounted at checkout cannot be exchanged

Stax closet complies to the consumer guarantees under the Consumer protection law of Quebec.

 

Faulty Items: 

Every single item that is shipped has been individually quality control checked however if you do receive a faulty item we will be happy to offer you a Store credit, Refund or Exchange. Print out the returns form to complete the returns forms. If the item is faulty Stax Closet will cover shipping cost to send the replacement item of your choice to you.

Please not that exchanges will depend on available for stock and there for may need to be exchanged for a similar item or you can use the amount paid towards another item. If the new item is less than what you initially paid you will receive a store credit. If the item is more than what was originally paid you will be able to pay the remaining amount to purchase the new item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.
